Côtes de Provence, the land of rosé
The large rosé region that stretches west of Cannes through the Var — rolling vineyards and countless estates to visit.

West of Cannes stretches the large wine region of Côtes de Provence, the heart of Provençal rosé. Between the Var and the Mediterranean lie rolling vineyards, interspersed with olive groves and pine woods — the image that belongs to a Provençal summer. It is one of the largest appellations in France and the cradle of the pale, dry rosé.
Mainly rosé
The vast majority of the wine is rosé, made from grapes such as Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre and the local Tibouren. The light, dry style suits the Mediterranean climate and the cuisine of the coast perfectly. White and red wines are also made.

The Route des Vins de Provence
